This gorgeous deep and rich old growth Redwood driftwood burl washed up on the shores of Norther California. Such a special wood deserves to be turned into art. It was an honor to work with such special wood. I inlaid the Redwood with Spalted Alder as well as reticulated sterling silver and a hand cut stunning Bao Canyon Turquoise. This 2x4 3/4 box can hold special jewelry or any treasures and is sure to be a family heirloom for generations.
